The staff members were pleasant and exceptional. The room was clean and quiet, with a balcony we enjoyed all day. The food was good, with a wide range of dishes on the menu. We had a really enjoyable time at the hotel.

The location was magnificent for walking around a municipal museum. The staff were accommodating and super friendly, and knew how to help. We booked a functional superior twin room with a balcony and could use the wake-up service available in it.

We were looking for a modest hotel room just for 1 night and i found this is awesome.The hotel is just a smile away from the main train station and it is amongst the corridor of pedestrian,no noise,no buggers.It is clean and in antique rose color and the staffs are all very nice.In fact,it's situated in the heart of the old city of Winterthur.Shops are around the corner if you may need something,a pharmacy too.For pets lovers,dogs are welcome.

The hotel is located in the city center of Winterthur, therefore central but correspondingly loud. the breakfast did not meet my expectations at all, the fruit was already there, if you wanted to drink a coffee you had to study the coffee machine first and the ambiguous explanation led to an underground bad coffee, which I could not have imagined worse. I couldn't get help because nobody cared. A parking space was not available, so I parked in a nearby parking garage for CHF 25 a night. The room was clean but very tired, the staff a bit snotty. I would not stay at this hotel again

Ideal place for discovering Winterthur with active staff who handled our check-in and check-out. Nice beds and a safe, cable television, and a mini-fridge-bar. Nice bathroom and bathtubs with good sewerage. Honestly no reason to complain❤

I had a great stay at a boutique hotel in a central location. The room was simple and clean, with no smoking smell. The continental breakfast was tasty and the free Wi-Fi was a plus. Although there were some noise issues, the hotel staff was apologetic. I would recommend this hotel.

There was a bit of noise coming from the tram passed outside the hotel, which can be distracting at times. The parking garage was a bit pricey.
